The Velocity Homes Story
Twenty years ago Velocity Homes set out to do something simple. Build quality homes for Iron County families at a price they could afford. What followed was two decades of growth, award-winning communities, and hundreds of families who trusted us with the biggest purchase of their lives.
Today Velocity Homes is one of Iron County’s largest developers with communities in Cedar City and Enoch, an in-house design center, and a sister company in John P. Jones Homes for the most demanding fully custom builds in Southern Utah. The mission has never changed. Only the scale of how we deliver it.
